Reflexology Treatments

What happens during a reflexology treatment?
During the treatment you will be made comfortable and cosy in a reclining chair, you will only need to take off your shoes and socks. The treatment will last approximately 50 minutes.
If it is your first treatment a full consultation about your health and wellbeing will be taken, so please allow extra time.

How much is a reflexology treatment?
A 50 minute treatment is £35. Payment by card is the preferred method.

What should I wear?
You can wear anything that is comfortable for you. A blanket will be provided.

Is it painful?
Reflexology is not intended to be painful, however, there may be tender areas on your feet.

How will I feel?
This is your opportunity to relax, so you can close your eyes and peacefully drift off into relaxation.

Yes, everything you disclose to me is confidential, something I am used to with my nursing experience.

Who is reflexology suitable for?
